Would corporations like to
assess arbitrators at the end of
a dispute?

This finding provides further support for the
view that corporations strongly wish to
develop a more influential role in the selection
of the tribunal. Corporations are increasingly
becoming more self-aware of their strong
position as the main ‘consumers’ of the
arbitration product and thus they feel that they
should have more input into this decision.
They also have inventive suggestions as to
how they may contribute.
