Would corporations like to
assess arbitrators at the end of
a dispute?

Respondents were equally clear on how they
would like to assess arbitrators: 76% would
like to submit a report to the arbitration
institution (if one is used); while 30% said
they would like to submit publicly available
reviews. Some interviewees thought that the
institution would be well placed to receive this
information and could make decisions about
whether a particular arbitrator should be
retained on their list and could provide
feedback to the arbitrator.
